This controlled microneedling approach creates precise micro-channels in the skin to support the skin’s natural renewal processes and gradual regeneration over time. Who May Benefit This service may be suitable for individuals concerned about: • Fine lines and early signs of ageing • Sun-related skin changes and pigmentation • Uneven skin tone or texture • Loss of firmness or elasticity • Dull or tired-looking skin Suitability is assessed during a full consultation, taking into account skin condition, medical history and individual goals. How Dermapen 4™ Works Dermapen 4™ uses controlled microneedling to create uniform micro-channels in the skin. This process supports the skin’s natural repair response and may encourage collagen and elastin activity over time. Active serums can be applied during treatment to support hydration and skin comfort, depending on individual needs. The Treatment Experience Each session typically includes: • Skin cleansing and preparation • Microneedling with Dermapen 4™ at an individually selected depth • Application of professional skin serums • Soothing mask and post-treatment skin protection Temporary redness, sensitivity or mild swelling may occur and usually settles within a short period. Most clients resume normal activities shortly after treatment. Treatment Planning Some clients may choose a single session for skin refreshment, while others may consider a course of treatments spaced over time to support progressive improvement. Treatment frequency and depth are personalised following consultation. Safety & Aftercare This service is provided by an authorised Dermapen 4™ treatment provider. Full aftercare guidance, realistic expectations and potential risks are discussed prior to treatment. Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY At Permanent Beauty Aesthetics, we operate a 48-hour cancellation policy to maximize appointment availability for all our clients. This policy ensures that any canceled appointment time can be offered to someone in need. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the treatment being forfeited or a payment protection charge applied. Below is a breakdown of charges based on the notice period: Notice Period Charge No show 100% of the appointment cost. Applies to clients who do not attend their appointment without attempting to cancel. Within 24 hours 50% of the appointment cost. Applies to cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment. Within 48 hours 25% of the appointment cost. Applies to cancellations or reschedules made between 48 and 24 hours prior to the appointment. For prepaid packages Any no-show or cancellation within 48 hours will result in the loss of one treatment from the package. DEPOSITS While aesthetic consultations are complimentary, we require a small deposit to secure your time slot (e.g., £25 for consultations regarding treatments such as lip fillers). • If you decide not to proceed with the suggested treatment, your deposit will be refunded. • If you choose to book a treatment on the same day, the deposit will be applied toward the treatment cost. • For treatments booked separately, a deposit amount (based on the treatment price) will be required. Please note that deposits are non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with the treatment or if you are found unsuitable for it. We strongly recommend scheduling a consultation first.
