What is a Madonna lift? The skin around the eyes is treated with a non-surgical laser procedure called the Madonna lift. Its purpose is to elevate the eyebrow and soften fine lines and wrinkles to give the user a more youthful, refreshed appearance. Because this process is non-invasive, the recovery period and downtime will be substantially shorter than they would be after a surgical eye lift. The fractional laser beam used in the procedure is divided into microscopic light columns. When these beams hit the skin's surface, they remove old, worn-out collagen and elastic fibres, allowing healthy new tissue to fill up these channels. Healing happens quickly and almost painlessly because only a "fraction" of your skin is impacted. Most clients need 2 - 3 sessions spaced out over around 3 months in order to receive the best outcomes and to give the skin time to heal in between. What are the benefits of a Madonna Eye lift? The laser Eye lift has many of the same benefits of a surgical eyelift, but without the risks and downtime. And because it stimulates new collagen production, results are expected to last for several years. Who is it for? The best candidates for this procedure are those who are interested in improving the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles around their eyes; dark circles; drooping eyebrows, and loose skin on their eyelids. However, the Madonna lift is not a good option for those who have bulging fat pads in the eye area. The fractional laser works very well on darker skin in most cases; however, to be sure and safe, the laser test spot on the eyelid area will be performed to ensure there is no change in pigmentation. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY At Permanent Beauty Aesthetics, we operate a 48-hour cancellation policy to maximize appointment availability for all our clients. This policy ensures that any canceled appointment time can be offered to someone in need. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the treatment being forfeited or a payment protection charge applied. Below is a breakdown of charges based on the notice period: Notice Period Charge No show 100% of the appointment cost. Applies to clients who do not attend their appointment without attempting to cancel. Within 24 hours 50% of the appointment cost. Applies to cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment. Within 48 hours 25% of the appointment cost. Applies to cancellations or reschedules made between 48 and 24 hours prior to the appointment. For prepaid packages Any no-show or cancellation within 48 hours will result in the loss of one treatment from the package. DEPOSITS While aesthetic consultations are complimentary, we require a small deposit to secure your time slot (e.g., £25 for consultations regarding treatments such as lip fillers). • If you decide not to proceed with the suggested treatment, your deposit will be refunded. • If you choose to book a treatment on the same day, the deposit will be applied toward the treatment cost. • For treatments booked separately, a deposit amount (based on the treatment price) will be required.
