This treatment focuses on gentle, controlled microneedling combined with calming, barrier-supporting skincare to help improve the appearance of uneven tone and visible redness. This service is offered as an aesthetic skin support treatment following a personalised consultation. Who May Consider This Service? How the Treatment Works Dermapen 4™ creates controlled micro-channels in the skin using adjustable, low-depth microneedling suitable for sensitive skin types. When combined with professional calming and hydrating serums, the treatment is designed to support skin comfort, hydration and barrier balance. Treatment depth, technique and products are selected individually to respect skin sensitivity. The Treatment Experience Each session typically includes: • Gentle skin cleansing and preparation • Controlled microneedling with Dermapen 4™ • Application of calming, barrier-supporting serums • Soothing mask and post-treatment skin protection Temporary redness, warmth or sensitivity may occur and usually settles within a short period. Most clients resume normal activities shortly after treatment. Treatment Planning A course of treatments may be recommended to support gradual improvement in skin appearance. Sessions are usually spaced several weeks apart, with treatment plans personalised according to skin response and comfort. Safety & Aftercare A consultation is required prior to treatment to assess suitability, discuss expectations and provide aftercare guidance. Individual responses vary and results cannot be guaranteed. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY At Permanent Beauty Aesthetics, we operate a 48-hour cancellation policy to maximize appointment availability for all our clients. This policy ensures that any canceled appointment time can be offered to someone in need. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the treatment being forfeited or a payment protection charge applied. Below is a breakdown of charges based on the notice period: Notice Period Charge No show 100% of the appointment cost. Applies to clients who do not attend their appointment without attempting to cancel. Within 24 hours 50% of the appointment cost. Applies to cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment. Within 48 hours 25% of the appointment cost. Applies to cancellations or reschedules made between 48 and 24 hours prior to the appointment. For prepaid packages Any no-show or cancellation within 48 hours will result in the loss of one treatment from the package. DEPOSITS While aesthetic consultations are complimentary, we require a small deposit to secure your time slot (e.g., £25 for consultations regarding treatments such as lip fillers). • If you decide not to proceed with the suggested treatment, your deposit will be refunded. • If you choose to book a treatment on the same day, the deposit will be applied toward the treatment cost. • For treatments booked separately, a deposit amount (based on the treatment price) will be required. Please note that deposits are non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with the treatment or if you are found unsuitable for it. We strongly recommend scheduling a consultation first.
