HIFU Skin Firming/Tightening is an ultrasound-based skin treatment designed to support skin firmness, structure and overall skin quality. High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) delivers focused ultrasound energy to targeted layers beneath the skin surface. This process supports the skin’s natural response to stimulation and gradual collagen renewal without disrupting the outer skin layer. Who may consider this service? This treatment may be considered by individuals concerned about: • Loss of skin firmness or elasticity • Mild to moderate skin laxity • Changes in facial or neck contours • General skin support and maintenance Treatment approach Each treatment plan is personalised following a consultation and skin assessment. Some clients may consider a single session, while others may be advised to space treatments over time depending on skin condition, response and individual goals. How it works Focused ultrasound energy is delivered to specific depths within the skin. This approach supports controlled stimulation of deeper tissue layers associated with skin structure, while preserving the skin surface. What to expect • Duration – treatment time varies depending on the area treated • Sensation – warmth or tingling sensations may be experienced during treatment • Downtime – temporary redness, swelling or sensitivity may occur and usually settles within a short period • Results – changes develop gradually over time as the skin responds Individual responses vary and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. This service is intended to support aesthetic skin appearance and confidence and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent medical conditions. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY At Permanent Beauty Aesthetics, we operate a 48-hour cancellation policy to maximize appointment availability for all our clients. This policy ensures that any canceled appointment time can be offered to someone in need. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the treatment being forfeited or a payment protection charge applied. Below is a breakdown of charges based on the notice period: Notice Period Charge No show 100% of the appointment cost. Applies to clients who do not attend their appointment without attempting to cancel. Within 24 hours 50% of the appointment cost. Applies to cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment. Within 48 hours 25% of the appointment cost. Applies to cancellations or reschedules made between 48 and 24 hours prior to the appointment. For prepaid packages Any no-show or cancellation within 48 hours will result in the loss of one treatment from the package. DEPOSITS While aesthetic consultations are complimentary, we require a small deposit to secure your time slot (e.g., £25 for consultations regarding treatments such as lip fillers). • If you decide not to proceed with the suggested treatment, your deposit will be refunded. • If you choose to book a treatment on the same day, the deposit will be applied toward the treatment cost. • For treatments booked separately, a deposit amount (based on the treatment price) will be required. Please note that deposits are non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with the treatment or if you are found unsuitable for it. We strongly recommend scheduling a consultation first.
