This treatment uses a layer of medical-grade carbon applied to the skin, followed by controlled laser energy. The laser interacts with the carbon particles on the skin surface, supporting gentle exfoliation, pore cleansing and skin renewal while preserving surrounding tissue. Who may consider this service? This treatment may be considered by individuals concerned about: • Oily or congested skin • Enlarged or visible pores • Uneven skin texture • Dull or tired-looking skin • General skin refreshment and clarity Treatment approach Each treatment is planned following consultation and skin assessment. Carbon Laser Facial may be performed as a single session for skin refreshment or as part of a series, depending on skin condition and individual goals. How it works The laser energy targets the carbon particles on the skin surface, supporting controlled exfoliation and stimulation of the skin’s natural renewal processes. This approach helps refine skin texture and supports a smoother-looking complexion. What to expect • Duration – treatment typically lasts between 20 and 40 minutes • Downtime – temporary redness, warmth or sensitivity may occur and usually settles within a short period • Recovery – most clients resume normal activities shortly after treatment • Results – changes develop progressively and vary between individuals Individual responses vary and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. This service is intended to support aesthetic skin appearance and confidence and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent medical conditions. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY At Permanent Beauty Aesthetics, we operate a 48-hour cancellation policy to maximize appointment availability for all our clients. This policy ensures that any canceled appointment time can be offered to someone in need. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the treatment being forfeited or a payment protection charge applied. Below is a breakdown of charges based on the notice period: Notice Period Charge No show 100% of the appointment cost. Applies to clients who do not attend their appointment without attempting to cancel. Within 24 hours 50% of the appointment cost. Applies to cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment. Within 48 hours 25% of the appointment cost. Applies to cancellations or reschedules made between 48 and 24 hours prior to the appointment. For prepaid packages Any no-show or cancellation within 48 hours will result in the loss of one treatment from the package. DEPOSITS While aesthetic consultations are complimentary, we require a small deposit to secure your time slot (e.g., £25 for consultations regarding treatments such as lip fillers). • If you decide not to proceed with the suggested treatment, your deposit will be refunded. • If you choose to book a treatment on the same day, the deposit will be applied toward the treatment cost. • For treatments booked separately, a deposit amount (based on the treatment price) will be required. Please note that deposits are non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with the treatment or if you are found unsuitable for it. We strongly recommend scheduling a consultation first.
