Dermapen 4™ uses controlled, precision microneedling to create micro-channels in the skin, supporting collagen remodelling over time while respecting individual skin structure and healing capacity. Who May Consider This Service? This service may be suitable for individuals concerned about: • Acne-related scarring • Post-surgical or post-traumatic scars • Uneven skin texture in scarred areas • Early hypertrophic scarring (following assessment) • Skin areas requiring gradual texture refinement Suitability is assessed during consultation. Some scar types may require referral or alternative medical management. How It Works Dermapen 4™ creates controlled micro-channels within the skin, supporting the skin’s natural response mechanisms involved in renewal and remodelling. When combined with professional Dermapen Meso-Glides™, selected according to skin needs, the treatment aims to support gradual improvement in skin texture and elasticity. Treatment parameters, including depth and technique, are fully individualised based on scar type, location and skin response. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY At Permanent Beauty Aesthetics, we operate a 48-hour cancellation policy to maximize appointment availability for all our clients. This policy ensures that any canceled appointment time can be offered to someone in need. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the treatment being forfeited or a payment protection charge applied. Below is a breakdown of charges based on the notice period: Notice Period Charge No show 100% of the appointment cost. Applies to clients who do not attend their appointment without attempting to cancel. Within 24 hours 50% of the appointment cost. Applies to cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment. Within 48 hours 25% of the appointment cost. Applies to cancellations or reschedules made between 48 and 24 hours prior to the appointment. For prepaid packages Any no-show or cancellation within 48 hours will result in the loss of one treatment from the package. DEPOSITS While aesthetic consultations are complimentary, we require a small deposit to secure your time slot (e.g., £25 for consultations regarding treatments such as lip fillers). • If you decide not to proceed with the suggested treatment, your deposit will be refunded. • If you choose to book a treatment on the same day, the deposit will be applied toward the treatment cost. • For treatments booked separately, a deposit amount (based on the treatment price) will be required. Please note that deposits are non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with the treatment or if you are found unsuitable for it. We strongly recommend scheduling a consultation first.
