The treatment focuses on aesthetic skin and scalp support and is offered following a personalised consultation. PRP is prepared from a small sample of the client’s blood, which is processed to concentrate platelets naturally rich in growth factors. The resulting plasma is then applied or introduced into the skin or scalp using controlled techniques to support the body’s natural regenerative responses. This service does not claim to diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions. Who May Consider This Service? Twilight PRP Therapy may be suitable for individuals seeking support for: • Dull, tired or dehydrated skin • Uneven skin texture or reduced skin vitality • Fine lines and early signs of ageing • Scalp condition support and hair quality concerns • Post-procedure skin recovery support (as advised during consultation) Suitability is assessed individually. The Treatment Experience Each session typically includes: • Consultation and medical screening • Blood collection and PRP preparation • Application via microneedling, mesotherapy or targeted scalp techniques • Post-treatment skin or scalp calming care Temporary redness, tenderness or mild swelling may occur and usually resolves within a short period. Downtime is minimal for most clients. Treatment Planning Some clients may choose a single session for skin or scalp refreshment, while others may consider a short course of treatments spaced several weeks apart to support cumulative improvement. Treatment frequency is determined during consultation. Safety & Aftercare A consultation is required prior to treatment to confirm suitability, discuss expectations, possible reactions and aftercare guidance. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY At Permanent Beauty Aesthetics, we operate a 48-hour cancellation policy to maximize appointment availability for all our clients. This policy ensures that any canceled appointment time can be offered to someone in need. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the treatment being forfeited or a payment protection charge applied. Below is a breakdown of charges based on the notice period: Notice Period Charge No show 100% of the appointment cost. Applies to clients who do not attend their appointment without attempting to cancel. Within 24 hours 50% of the appointment cost. Applies to cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment. Within 48 hours 25% of the appointment cost. Applies to cancellations or reschedules made between 48 and 24 hours prior to the appointment. For prepaid packages Any no-show or cancellation within 48 hours will result in the loss of one treatment from the package. DEPOSITS While aesthetic consultations are complimentary, we require a small deposit to secure your time slot (e.g., £25 for consultations regarding treatments such as lip fillers). • If you decide not to proceed with the suggested treatment, your deposit will be refunded. • If you choose to book a treatment on the same day, the deposit will be applied toward the treatment cost. • For treatments booked separately, a deposit amount (based on the treatment price) will be required. Please note that deposits are non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with the treatment or if you are found unsuitable for it. We strongly recommend scheduling a consultation first.
